GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF TOURIST SERVICES.

The travel agent Frontera Travel Special Properties SAS, duly authorized, with RNT No.33724, offers its services through the commercial establishment of its property called FRONTERA TRAVEL, which is registered with the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce. and general conditions for the provision of the services indicated below apply to all packages or tourist services offered, unless otherwise stipulated in the conditions or particular offer of each service.

A. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES:

FRONTERA TRAVEL will provide the services in the terms, conditions and quality described for each package or tourist plan offered, and reserves the right to make modifications to the contracted plan or package (itinerary, conditions related to the schedule, order of activities, suppliers, etc. .) when these modifications are necessary to maintain the quality conditions and services offered and / or in events of force majeure or fortuitous event.

FRONTERA TRAVEL will inform and advise Users on the conditions of their reservations and in general, on their obligations for the use and enjoyment of the contracted tourist services. Likewise, the travel agency will inform the user about the documentation required to facilitate their travel in the national or international destinations that are hired, the User being obliged to comply with the reported requirements.

FRONTERA TRAVEL will inform Users about the known preventive health measures at the destination, which they must observe for the trip. Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is recommended that the traveler verify the warnings that the chosen place for the trip has.

With the reservation of the package or tourist service the User declares that he understands and accepts that he knows that within the destinations and tourist packages offered by FRONTERA TRAVEL there are adventure activities, active tourism, rural tourism, agrotourism, ecotourism, community tourism, etc. that carry particular risks associated with this type of experience. FRONTERA TRAVEL does not guarantee that the place or activity chosen by the User is recommended or without risk and will not be responsible for the damages or losses that may result from traveling to the selected place or from carrying out freely acquired activities.

FRONTERA TRAVEL will inform Users about the restrictions that the selected tourist plan or package or one of its components may have, such as the case of maximum loads or people allowed in tourist attractions or sites or access limitations to such sites because there is a maximum number of tourists. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the User is solely responsible for compliance with said restrictions and measures.

In the case of guided activities, Users must abide by the instructions of the guide, companion or operator in charge. The User will be solely responsible for the damages or losses that may be suffered due to non-compliance with the instructions or indications given.

Before the start of the trip, Users must notify FRONTERA TRAVEL if they suffer from any type of disease or disability or condition that in any way may prevent, alter or limit their participation in the trip or the activities included in the plan or tourist package.

B. LIABILITY

FRONTERA TRAVEL will provide the services in the terms, conditions and quality described for each package or tourist plan offered.

FRONTERA TRAVEL assumes no responsibility towards the user or traveler for the air transport service, except in the case of chartered flights and in accordance with what is specified in the transport contract.
