Río Claro is a calm river with a greenish color that comes from the marble beneath. Get away from the world and connect with nature like never before in this natural reserve embraced by the jungle and the music of the birds and the peaceful current.

Here you can appreciate the river with exciting activities like white water rafting or canopying through the woods that rise above it.

There are also several hiking trails where you can go trekking through lush vegetation or birdwatching the 350 registered species in the area.

Make your way into the caverns that have been sculpted by the Bornego Creek for millions of years, eroding the marble walls into misterious tunnels inhabited by Oil Birds or Guacharos (Steatornis Caripensis), nocturnal birds that use echolocation to navigate in the dark.

Music is not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
Please do not break or scratch the rocks. Let them tell their own story.

Bonfires or cooking is only permitted in the camping area.
