Within El Matuy you will find a typical tropical dry forest, a lagoon with herons and lotuses, and more than 100 meters of beach. In addition, two rivers flow on either side of the reserve and you can walk to admire their mouth to the sea.

The PNN Los Flamencos is a sanctuary of flora and fauna in the town of Camarones where you can admire wildlife, especially a diversity of shorebirds and flocks of flamingos with majestic plumage that give it its name.

At night you can see the stars in the clear sky amid an atmosphere of breeze and peace in the light of the torches lulled by the symphonies of the ocean.

DAY 1

Transfer from Santa Marta Airport to Tayrona Park
Day at Tayrona National Park : The foothills of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, the highest coastal mountain in the world, plunge into the sea like the fingers of a gigantic hand between which bays and inlets of singular beauty are formed. Its white sandy beaches meet tropical dry forests and are bathed by the blue and crystalline waters of the Caribbean Sea, which make Tayrona National Park one of the most beautiful in the country. It has a number of trails that go into the rainforest and ancient archaeological sites.
Transfer from Tayrona Park to the Hotel in Palomino.

Day at Los Flamencos National Park (Guajira): The Flamingo Sanctuary in the Camarones is a must for the wildlife lovers.
