The reservation will be guaranteed with a payment of 100% of the total price.

1. If due to Covid-19 issues you cannot travel and you already have a confirmed reservation, we offer you the flexibility to modify your visit date Between twenty-nine (29) to twenty (20) calendar days before the date of entry, the cancellation penalty will be fifty percent (50%) of the total Contracted.
2. Between nineteen (19) and ten (10) calendar days before the date of entry, the cancellation penalty will be sixty percent (60%) of the total Contracted.
3. If the cancellation occurs less than ten (10) calendar days, regardless of the confirmation day, before the date of entry, the penalty will be one hundred percent (100%) of the total Contracted. The guaranteed nights that are NOT fulfilled in the Hotel on the established dates and that have NOT been canceled within the agreed time, will be declared as NO SHOW (Legal or Natural Person who has made a reservation but does not keep it, nor does it cancel it or is not presented), so they will be charged in full. Similarly, the rooms that anticipate their departure, in case of not informing seventy-two (72) hours in advance, will be considered as early departure (Early Departure) and the totality of the nights that are no longer used will be charged.
