Itinerary

Day 1: the rock of Guatapé
From Medellín we take you to the eastern highlands to climb the famous 200-meter-high "Piedra del Peñol" via a 740-step staircase. From the top of the mountain you can enjoy impressive views of the surroundings full of green mountains and blue lakes. Then visit the town of Guatapé, famous for its beautiful paintings that decorate the houses. There you can enjoy a delicious lunch on the seafront before relaxing in a charming accommodation near the lake.
Day 2: cycling experience around the lake
Explore the eastern highlands of Antioquia and enjoy a delicious typical Colombian lunch. Cross the lake on a boat ride and enjoy a 13 km bike ride (difficulty level 3) around the lake and the Peñol.
