This trip was designed for nature travelers who want to disconnect from the city and connect with the heart of the Amazon. We have chosen comfortable accommodations that are secluded and maintain high-quality standards.
During this journey, we will hike through the "Donde se Oculta el Sol" reserve and end at the MOHAN waterfall. We will also visit Rincon del Vides, which features an emerald green river and 120 hectares of primary forest. Depending on your preferred activity level, we can explore either Cascada del Fin del Mundo/OJO de Dios (trekking 3+) or CEA, where Taita Manuel will provide insights on biodiversity and plants.
Freddy Segura and other local leaders will accompany us on this trip. Travelers interested in delving deeper into spiritual and traditional experiences with the Taitas of the region will have the opportunity to do so. Please consult with us in advance so that we can provide the best possible guidance.

- You must travel light luggage. Maximum 15 kg. Wear comfortable and light clothing.

- Do not enter to the attractions under the effects of alcohol or psychoactive drugs.
- Use biodegradable sun screen.
- Follow the guide's instructions and do not leave the group.
- Do not get off the allowed trail.
- Do not feed or leave prepared food to wild animals.
- Children and minors must enter with a responsible adult.
- No sound equipment, speakers or noise generating equipment is allowed inside the attraction. (Better listen to the music of nature).
- Do not leave waste on the trails, waterfalls or in the entire area of the attraction.
- Campfires are not allowed inside trails or waterfalls.
- Hunting is prohibited.
- It is not allowed to cut down trees, shrubs, among others (each one plays an important role in the ecosystem).
- Camping is not allowed in areas near the waterfalls (there are specific and authorized areas for this activity).
- It is totally forbidden to take out species of fauna and flora.
- The use of the ´places for sexual exploitation of children or minors is totally prohibited.
Yachai Nature Reserve
Located in the "Donde se Oculta el Sol" area, Yachai Nature Reserve is a rural accommodation featuring 4 cabins with private bathrooms, king-size beds, and sofa beds. Each cabin also has an artisanal jacuzzi. It is an ideal choice for families, small groups, and individuals interested in ancestral culture, as you will have the opportunity to interact with a traditional Inga family who enjoy sharing their knowledge and traditions.
El Portal del Sol Ecohotel
With 6 rooms offering multiple accommodations, an artisanal swimming pool, a traditional kitchen, and a privileged view, we recommend this location for adults or families with children over 7 years old. It is ideal for birdwatching and observing monkeys.
