  • The Hope Vouchers may be re-sold, transferable or not redeemed. In this case, the voucher is assumed as a donation for the actors involved in the chain.

  • All reservations are made through Frontera Travel.
  • In the case of selling or giving away the voucher, you must inform Frontera Travel who will be the new user. There is no time limit for this. However, you can only redeem the voucher with the document of the person who owns it.

How to redeem the Hope Voucher?

  • Once you make the purchase of the voucher you can redeem it until December 1, 2021. You must contact Frontera Travel to check availability and book. If the voucher is part of a trip of several days you must request a quote and pay the surplus to confirm your trip.
