You cannot take with you stones, plants or some type of material that is property of the natural heritage.
National Parks, prohibits the entry of children under 5 years of age to the park to carry out trails.
It is important that you know that during the tours you can take recreational baths in designated places, which your guide will always let you know.
The itinerary could have modifications due to the load capacity of the trails, which are assigned by the local environmental entities.
At La Manigua Lodge we have a solar plant that provides electricity from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. to the cabins and the dining room.
Every product that we use at La Manigua is biodegradable so you have a lower impact on
the surroundings and the rivers during your visit.
We also give you a natural repellent that does not affect you neither the environment. Inside the cabins you don’t need to worry about bugs, since each bed has its own mosquito net.
For the hikes we send you some snacks, but if you’re traveling with your kids, we recommend
to bring them the ones they like the most so they don’t miss them.
This is a place to enjoy the sounds of nature and respect other people ́s rest. If you’re bringing a speaker, be sure to use it in a prudent manner so you don’t disturb the environment.
At La Macarena the only phone carrier that works is Claro.
At La Manigua there’s no phone signal, but we have internet at the common areas.
Cattle raising is the major deforestation driver in La Macarena (one of Colombia ́s most
deforested regions), for this reason our menus are composed mainly with recipes containing chicken, fish or vegetarian options. Every day we have a different menu.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations due to mobility restrictions caused by the health emergency, date changes can be made at no additional cost, or a full refund will be issued, excluding administrative transfer fees.

• You don´t know Caño Cristales in depth

• To know Caño Cristales in depth.

• .When is sunny the trails are demanding
• You might end tired, but for sure more relaxed

On all the trails you will have time to bathe in natural pools, have lunch and make stops to contemplate and take photos of the colors of Caño Cristales
