Llanero I'm a llanero ..(llanero is the person who lives in plains)

On the banks of the Pauto River, 17 km from San Luis de Palenque, you will find Saudiel's house. This land, inherited from his father, gave him the opportunity to discover and develop his field skills and work on the plain, which later led him to become El Llanerazo 2004, the first reality show of all the Colombian-Venezuelan plains trying to find  "the best llanero". Furthermore, in this land Saudiel and his family have found archaeological sites of 4 ethnic groups that inhabited the area in the past, with which he built a small museum.

On this journey, Saudiel will teach you about the life of the llanero man. How to live in the floodplains and the river plain. How the riders connect with their horses to dominate large numbers of cattle. You can visit the museum built with the support of the National Universit, San Agustiniana and Externado de Colombia. In addition, if you like chocolate, you will be able to learn about the cultivation of cocoa and learn how to make it using traditional techniques.

All this in the land where the singers of the plains are inspired, as Cholo Valderrana assures us with "llanero si soy llanero".
