ABOUT THE DESTINATION

YOU HAVE CHOSEN ONE OF THE MOST EXUBERANT NATURE DESTINATIONS IN COLOMBIA WHERE YOU WILL ENJOY THE EXTENSIVE PACIFIC BEACHES THAT MEET THE TROPICAL RAINFOREST.

Our programs include excursions through the jungle, by the sea or by rivers; some by boat, some walking and to enjoy them better, we allow you to make some recommendations and suggestions.

On the day of the trip, dress in warm weather clothing, preferably quick-drying and choose outdoor footwear, i.e. water resistant and all-terrain soles. Blue jeans and city shoes are not recommended.

HOW TO PACK?

HAND LUGGAGE In a small carry-on bag that does not exceed 5 kilos, pack the service order sent to you by mail from EL ALMEJAL, your identity card, extra money of low denomination (almost nobody has change), medicines if necessary and any other indispensable element for your health, sunglasses, camera, water bottle, and binoculars (they are very important to enjoy nature).

LUGGAGE TO PACK

Organize your luggage preferably in a backpack to carry on your back, it is much better than wheeled suitcases for this type of tourism; Do not forget swimsuit, flashlight, raincoat, comfortable clothes, preferably quick drying, bring sandals straps, diving boots or similar, and a dry bag (dry sac), personal hygiene products in small sizes, remember that the weight counts, this backpack should not exceed 10 kilos because it could be subject to quota.

UPON ARRIVAL

It is possible that your hand luggage will be checked for dairy or meat products because the zone is free of foot and mouth disease, reconfirm your return with the airline, identify the carrier that will take you to ALMEJAL. Upon arrival at the Lodge, present your order of services to the receptionist so that he knows what excursions to offer you. 

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

CANCELLATION WITH FULL PAYMENT OR PARTIAL ADVANCE PAYMENT: If the client or user cancels his reservation after having paid all or part of the services, the refund will be made after applying the penalty that corresponds according to the time in advance that the cancellation mail has been received according to the law 300 of tourism:

Being indivisible tourist programs, the services included in the tourist program that, by autonomous decision of the client, he/she decides not to consume or use will not be refundable or exchangeable for other services.

When the client has reserved with deposit or paid in full, a tourist program for several people, occupying the same cabin and cancels one or more of the occupants of the cabin, the value corresponding to food and excursions will be refunded; the accommodation will not be refunded because at the time of booking was assigned the cabin for the number of occupants initially requested, and to cancel one or more occupants, changes the previously agreed conditions of occupancy for that cabin.About
