General conditions

Canceling 15 days or more before the arrival date, 100% of the deposit paid on account will be returned, minus bank charges, by the same route used by the client when making the payment.
Canceling 8 to 14 days before the arrival date, 80% of the deposit paid on account will be returned, minus bank charges, by the same route used by the client when making the payment. We have the option of re-accommodation within a period of 3 months after the reservation.
Canceling less than 7 days or less before the date of entry, 100% will be charged for No Show.
Once you have checked in, if you want to shorten your stay at the hotel by one or more nights, you will have as a penalty the payment of the first night with the full rate in force for the date.
If a special rate has been granted for the number of nights reserved and the reservation is modified, it will be charged for all the remaining nights, as originally reserved.
If you do not show up at the hotel on the established day of arrival or do not report a total cancellation of your reservation, the charge of 100% of your stay will be taken as a penalty.
In cases where returns are requested by bank transfer, the expenses that may occur will be borne by the client.

We will lend you the hiking poles, binoculars, radiotelephones, avitourism cards, bicycles and others, to carry out the activities inside the hotel.

Biosafety Protocols

El Nido del Cóndor has all the Biosafety protocols established for operation by the national government.

Upon your arrival the following processes will be carried out:

REMEMBER THE USE OF A SURGICAL MASK IS MANDATORY AT ALL TIMES WHEN YOU ARE IN CONTACT WITH SOMEONE OTHER THAN YOUR FAMILY CIRCLE.

1- Disinfection of your vehicle's tires.

2- Disinfection of Suitcases or luggage.

3- Record of body temperature. (If it is higher than 38ºC. You will NOT be able to access the facilities)

4- Disinfection of hands and feet before entering and leaving the tent.

5- When going to your room, remember to keep a minimum distance of 2 meters with staff and visitors.

6-Remember to take measures for prevention. Such as, hand washing and disinfection every time you leave your room.

7- The restaurant and dining room service will be carried out with reservations and specific hours when the maximum capacity is reached.

8- For your safety and that of the employees, the room cleaning will be done only after the guest's departure.

9- When doing outdoor activities in common areas, always remember to wear your mask and comply with the minimum distance of 2 meters.

10- At the time of your departure we ask you to leave all the doors and windows open to allow a better air flow.

11- Your temperature will be recorded at the time of your departure.

Types of accommodation and prices

The rooms at Nido del Cóndor have 2 deck balconies, one at the entrance from which you can contemplate a garden of various flowers and another balcony on the cliff of the canyon where the condor's nest is located, both balconies with hammocks for your rest and a table to enjoy a delicious coffee or a drink.

Inside the room you will find a sofa bed that will serve you as a rest and / or alternate bedroom and a desk, you will move to the master bedroom with a king bed, standing table, table for luggage, furniture for clothes, coat rack, fireplace and 2 comfortable butterfly chairs, with an area of 72 m2 and connected to your bedroom you will find a large bathroom with indoor garden, separate toilet, body mirror and mirror in the sink area, shower with an incredible view over the canyon and hot water, in an area of 9m2.

LOW SEASON
(Between Sunday and Thursday):
The price per night, per couple, is $1.200.000.
Each additional person has a cost of $350.000.
Maximum 4 people per tent.

HIGH SEASON
The price per night, per couple, is $1'350.000 for any day of the week. The minimum stay is 2 nights.
Each additional person has a cost of $400.000.
Maximum 4 people per tent.

*High season is: Easter (10-18 OF April) and from December 15 to January 15, from july 15 to August 15.

Please note:
-Children under 7 years old do not pay.
-From 8 years old pay normal and are entered as adults when booking.
-If there are two children under 7 in the same room, they are counted as 1 adult, unless BOTH are 2 years old or younger.

Bird Watching at El Nido del Condor

You will be able to see at the height of the canopy of the surrounding vegetation and / or on the 2 canyons that surround this place, various birds, with a variety of 150 species, among which are 14 raptors, endemic NT birds (Odontophorus hyperythrus, chestnut wood- quail), almost endemic (ogmoehymchus icterotis, yellow - eared parrot), EN (Spizatus isidori, black - and - chestnut eagle) TWELVE migratory, and NT (Vultur, griphus, Andean condor), You can also enjoy observing some mammals such as foxes (Cerdocyon thousand), the Armadillo (Dasypus sabanicola), the Guagua (Cuniculus taczanowskii), among others.
